European venture and growth capital funds reform

This initiative seeks improve the authorisation, marketing and other operating conditions for EU growth capital fund managers supporting, among others, investments in the EU economy and innovative companies, startups, and small companies. The initiative could bring a simplified and more proportionate and cost-effective set of rules for growth capital funds and their managers to operate in the EU and on a greater scale, boosting the financing available in the Union.
